Special Event Rentals

The Bear Tooth Theatre is available for rent Tuesday-Friday from 8am-4pm.

Bear Tooth is a single-screen movie theatre. Keeping that in mind, we do not often do evening rentals. However, evening private rentals can be accommodated for parties of 150 or more and must include catering. Our evening rates are in consideration of an event replacing a movie. There is no price variation for non-profit or school for evening rentals. Catering is not included in the rental rate, it is a separate cost. We do not do weekend rentals outside of the winter holiday season (Dec 1-20th).

  • The room rental is for a (4) hour time block and comes with the use of our house sound, lighting, and projection systems.

  • We have 5 wireless mics available as well as two podiums.

  • Please let us know if you are a business, school, or non-profit as pricing varies.

  • You must have a party of 40 people at minimum to schedule an event.

  • We ask that you book with us a minimum of 3 weeks out.

Movies & Licensing

If you would like to watch a movie, a licensing fee is applied. This fee varies depending on the film. The Bear Tooth is unable to obtain films distributed by Disney or 20th Century Fox. We are also unable to show recently released films, or films we are actively showing as part of our regular programming. We ask that you send over a list of (3) films and we will reach out to the production companies to see what is available.

Catering & Bartending

Catering packages are available for you to choose from. We do not allow for individual ordering at private events. We also do not allow outside food or beverages. Concessions can be made available upon request, but are limited to candy and desserts only.

If you would like a bartender to be made available we can have one staffed for you. Bar options include an open bar, cash bar, or drink tickets.
